Today was dad's 89th birthday! We came down to help him celebrate. It was another work day for Dan, so while he was away, Dad and David had a couple of long recorded chats, a couple of naps, and when Dan came home we all went out to The Fisherman's Wife seafood restaurant for some good eats, then back home for some Mennonite-made carrot cake dessert.

Our restaurant was located not more than two miles away. It was a small informal cafe style restaurant with really good food. Even Diane had some catfish!
