Weezie was getting to be a handful and we thought about maybe getting her a playmate who could rough house around with her in the back yard. Diane's cousin Elaine breeds border collies (that's where we got Sissy) and she had an older dog that she wasn't going to breed anymore and wondered if we might want to take her and see if things might work.

Maybelle is such a sweetie. She's also nonstop energy. If Weezie wants to play ball, she does too. If there is something going on, she wants to be a part of it. They play rough, but in the end she and Weezie are buddies.
